An Italian male at the height of 5' 7'' that appears at his early twenties more around 20. Has short brown hair that spikes down to the side of his ears with a brown hair curl sticking at the left side which acts like his erogenous zone when stroked or pulled and brown eyes. He's mostly seen in wearing a blue WWII military uniform attire. But, when not in it he's in a beige dress short with a sea green stripe a pale green neck tie and beige dress pants with brown dress shoes when he attends his meeting at the world summit meeting place. Italy is rather known as a irresponsible cry-baby and an cheerful energetic young man and has the love for pasta, siestas (nap which taken in the afternoon), pizza, gelato and cheese. He is with the Axis powers as North Italy or just Italy with Germany and Japan. In battles he tends to surrender by waving a little white flag but, he did mange to defend himself for one time when he was little. When he does get captured he tends to spill it out or call for help(Mostly Germany). His family is Grandpa Rome, Big Brother France and Romano (Older brother and southern half of Italy).
